Saudades do Brazil
Description:
Mitten im Ersten Weltkrieg kam der Franzose Milhaud nach Rio de Janeiro und verliebte sich in die Musik Brasiliens. 1923 reiste der Brasilianer Villa-Lobos zum Studium nach Paris und begeisterte die Franzosen durch seine brasilianischen Parties. Ein früher Fall von Cross Over und der richtige Musikstoff für den Franzosen Jean-Claude Gérard.
